Mandatory Show Day for James Irwin Charter High School will be held Wednesday, May 31st, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the high school commons.

Who – Newly Enrolled and Returning Students
What – Mandatory Show Day Paperwork and Student Fees
When – May 31, 2017, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Where – JICHS Commons

JICHS adheres to a Mandatory Show Day procedure every year for the parent or guardians of both new and returning students. The purpose of Mandatory Show Day is to complete the registration process for all students in their appropriate grade level for the coming school year.  School administration depends heavily on the information provided on the Show Day to prepare reliable projections about student enrollment, possible openings in particular grades and many other contingent decisions.

This earlier paperwork and fees date enables returning and newly enrolled students to finalize and secure their place before heading into summer break.  Links to the required paperwork are at the bottom of this page along with the required summer reading assignments.

Parents of all returning and newly enrolled students are required to attend this event, complete all required paperwork and pay student fees for 2017-2018.  Parents may, however, complete and turn in the paperwork and pay the fees prior to this date in lieu of being in attendance on that day.  You can view, print out and complete all the required paperwork now by clicking on the links at the bottom of this page.

***IMPORTANT – Not completing this important process on or before May 31 will result in the forfeiture of your student’s spot for the 2017-2018 school year and that spot will be given to the next student on the wait list.
