Online Payment Information
James Irwin Charter Schools is dedicated to providing what is best for the students. Along with that, is a piece that is “what is best for the parents.” In order to serve the families of JICS better, we have implemented a new feature to allow parents to pay fees, costs, general payments and make donations online! This can be done by using a credit card, or a checking or saving account. NOTE – District lunches cannot be paid for from the Campus Portal.
1. Getting Started
While the process for making a payment is easy and straight forward, we have information here to help if necessary. The first and most important setup is to login into your Campus Portal account. If you don’t have an account, please visit our Campus Portal Set-Up Guides page for detailed information.
2. How to Make a Payment
After logging into the Campus Portal, choose the student you are making a payment for across the top of the page, then click the “Fees” link on the left side navigation. At the top of the Fees page, you will find links for making online payments.
A second page will pop up and you will be able to enter the student number for whom you would like to pay, your information, and the payment information. When complete, simply click “Make Payment”

Q. Can I pay fees/costs for multiple students at one time?
A. At this time, this is not possible through the web portal. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q. Can I pay for multiple different costs (fees, fines, IOUs) for one student at one time?
A. Yes. If you would like to pay for multiple different categories of costs for one student, please choose “Other” from the list at the right, then specify the different allocations of costs in the “Notes” text box on the payment form.
