Tim Miller
Science Teacher
Tim Miller hails from Porterville, California. Upon graduating from high school, he joined the U.S. Navy, where he would serve for four years as an Operations Specialist. He attended Saint Mary’s College of California and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with an emphasis in Physiology. He relocated to Colorado Springs in March of 2008, and enjoys the splendor of nature that we have here. He spends his free-time playing in the dirt and building cardboard robots with his son, is an accomplished sculptor, and appreciates pop-culture art. Having a passion for helping others succeed, he’s delighted to teach at James Irwin, and supports the mission that emphasizes academic rigor and excellence.
